1. Information We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and name. When you use Kashlly, we store the financial data you enter (income, expenses, invoices, client information). If you connect your bank via Plaid, we receive transaction data from your linked accounts.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use your data solely to provide Kashlly's services: calculating your runway, generating invoices, producing AI-powered reports and advice, and sending you notifications. We never sell your data to third parties.
3. AI Processing
Your financial data is sent to our AI provider (OpenRouter) to generate summaries, reports, and advice. This data is processed in real time and is not stored by our AI provider beyond the request lifecycle.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored in Supabase with row-level security (RLS) enabled — meaning only you can access your own data. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use Stripe for payment processing and never store your credit card details.

We use the following third-party services:
- Supabase — Database and authentication

- OpenRouter — AI processing
- Resend — Email delivery
- Vercel — Hosting
6. Your Rights
You can export all your data at any time from Settings. You can delete your account and all associated data by contacting us at hello@kashlly.com.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies only — for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
