By creating an account or using Kashlly, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What Kashlly Is

Kashlly is a financial management tool that helps businesses track cash flow, create invoices, and get AI-powered financial insights. Kashlly is not a licensed financial advisor, accountant, or tax professional. Our AI-generated advice is for informational purposes only.

3. Your Account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when signing up. One account per person.

4. Your Data

You own your data. We don't claim any ownership over the financial information you enter into Kashlly. You can export or delete your data at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

Don't use Kashlly for illegal activities, to harass others, to send spam through our invoice/email features, or to attempt to access other users' data.

6. Billing & Plans

Free plans are free forever. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel anytime — your paid features will remain active until the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial months.

7. Service Availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee 100% availability. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service. We'll notify users of planned downtime when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kashlly is provided "as is." We're not liable for financial decisions you make based on our AI-generated advice, reports, or calculations. Always consult a qualified professional for important financial, tax, or legal decisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
